Wow! Beautifully written! Pham-Quan encapsulates the issue of the redevelopment of the park extremely well making it the issue very reader friendly. Pham-Quan focuses on prevalent issues such as the enviromental and Indigneous representation repurcussions of the redevelopment plans.
