Towws Comfort Event Services owned by Adeshola Ayoola specializes in providing specialized food services to their customers. One of their food specialty is the Moi-moi – Bean cake. Moi moi is a local dish from Nigeria. Moi-moi is wholesome made from organic brown beans. Moi-moi is very nutritious and is normally made using moi-moi leaves which is adds to its nutritional value. It also adds to its delicious taste and eliminates waste as the leaves are biodegradable.. The leaves are grown in the swampy areas in Nigeria and not easily accessible anywhere else.

Unfortunately, in the past years due to low cost and accessibility of plastic bags, the use of plastic bags have become predominant, reducing the health benefits and adding toxins to moi-moi dishes.

Fortunately, in the very recent years, alternatives have been sought and a new cooking and packaging option has been put in the market called moi moi cooking pouches.

Towws Comfort Event Services uses these cooking pouches. The pouches are made from aluminum foil material certified as food-safe and capable of sustaining the high temperature of boiling water. They are non- toxic and safe – A far cry from the plastic bags that is used by other food vendors. Moi-Moi will be available for sale at the event.
