Moi moi is a local dish from Nigeria. Moi-moi is wholesome made from organic brown beans. Moi-moi is very nutritious and is normally made using moi-moi leaves which is adds to its nutritional value. It also adds to its delicious taste and eliminates waste as the leaves are biodegradable.. The leaves are grown in the swampy areas in Nigeria and not easily accessible anywhere else.
