Overview

EnvironFocus Incorporated is inviting qualified and experienced waste haulers and processors to submit quotations for the collection, hauling, and processing of Blue Box recyclable materials across the Province of Ontario.

This opportunity is part of EnvironFocus’s commitment to advancing sustainable waste management practices, circular economy solutions, and environmental compliance throughout Ontario. The selected vendor(s) will support our mission to increase diversion rates, improve recycling efficiency, and enhance data-driven sustainability reporting.

Scope of Services

The RFQ covers the following key service components:

Collection and hauling of Blue Box recyclables from designated locations province-wide.

Processing and marketing of recovered materials at approved facilities.

Provision of monthly diversion and sustainability performance reports, including contamination tracking and GHG savings data.

Compliance with all relevant Ontario waste management regulations (O. Reg. 102/94, 103/94, and 104/94).

The contract term will be two (2) years, with an option to renew upon mutual agreement.

Bidder Eligibility

Qualified bidders must:

Hold valid waste management licenses and insurance in Ontario.

Demonstrate a minimum of three (3) years of experience in recycling haulage and processing.

Have the capacity and infrastructure to provide province-wide services.

Commit to sustainability reporting and regulatory compliance.
